Group coaching

 

I work with boards, teams and communities of interest to explore opportunities and establish shared goals through a co-creative and reflective process.

 

From board development to facilitating menarche and menopause support initiatives, coaching can provide a valuable framework for groups of all kinds at moments of transformation and change.

 

My group coaching model facilitates discussions and activities which bring different viewpoints, insights, and knowledge to light, ultimately encouraging learning, growth, and complex problem-solving. 

 

The goal of group coaching is to help the group discover alternative perspectives, provide an opportunity to give and receive feedback and build relationships that are based on trust and a shared experience - the benefit of which extends long after the coaching sessions have concluded.
