I’m Emily Druiff, a Creative Leadership Coach, working with artists, cultural professionals, and organisations who are committed to creative co-production, cultural participation and wellbeing. I walk alongside you not as someone who has all the answers, but as someone who knows the territory of transition — the terrain of uncertainty, of wonder, of recalibration — because this is where creativity resides.
In coaching, I bring curiosity, presence and creativity to each conversation, holding space for you to explore, reflect and reconnect with what matters most. My approach is informed both by relational and embodied practices and by over 300 hours of coaching experience — integrating embodied awareness, deep listening, and thoughtful enquiry to help you rediscover your unique voice and creative leadership.
My accredited learning includes the Association for Coaching, Relational Dynamics (RD1st), Red School’s Menstrual Leadership, Yoga Nidra Network’s Well Woman, and End-of-Life Doula UK — each contributing my understanding of how we lead not through force, but through connecting to ourselves, our unique calling and to others.
Before stepping into coaching in 2020, I was the Founding Director of Peckham Platform, and I bring over 20 years’ experience in third-sector cultural organisations to the people-centred leadership work I now do. Trained originally as an artist and curator, I place creativity and collaboration at the heart of my practice — believing that creativity is not just a context for leadership but a model for how leadership can feel alive, generous and regenerative.
Alongside coaching, I am a qualified senior yoga teacher and Yoga Nidra facilitator, and where appropriate I weave embodied practices into our work together. This supports not only your professional clarity but also your capacity for resilience, spaciousness, and wellbeing in the midst of complexity.
If you are seeking a coach who will support your creative leadership journey — with care, presence, and purpose — I’d love to connect.
