I support women through life’s thresholds and transitions through coaching, yoga, circles, and ritual-based work rooted in cyclical awareness, embodiment, and deep listening.
My work is grounded in the belief that we are not meant to move through change alone. Whether navigating overwhelm, identity shifts, menopause, creativity, motherhood, loss, or becoming, I create spaces where women can pause, reconnect with themselves, and honour the wisdom of their bodies and lived experience.
I walk alongside others not as someone who has all the answers, but as someone deeply interested in the transformative nature of thresholds — the places of uncertainty, change, reflection, and unfolding that shape our lives.
My approach weaves together relational and embodied practices, supporting women to reconnect with self-trust, inner guidance, and a more compassionate relationship with themselves and their rhythms.
Alongside over 300 hours of coaching experience, my accredited learning includes:
Association for Coaching
Relational Dynamics (RD1st)
Red School’s Menstrual Leadership
Yoga Nidra Network’s Well Woman training
Yoga Nidra Network’s Total Yoga Nidra training
End-of-Life Doula UK
Each has contributed to my understanding of how we move through transition not through force or striving, but through awareness, connection, rest, and community.
Before retraining in coaching in 2020, I spent over 20 years working within third-sector cultural organisations, including as Founding Director of Peckham Platform. Originally trained as an artist and curator, creativity, collaboration, and reflective practice remain central to how I work today.
Alongside coaching, I am a qualified senior yoga teacher and Yoga Nidra facilitator, and I integrate embodied and restorative practices throughout my work where appropriate.
My experiences of mothering alongside perimenopause have also deepened my commitment to supporting cyclical awareness and helping to create more compassionate, connected experiences of menstruation and womanhood for future generations.
At the heart of Her Threshold is a desire to create spaces where women feel seen, supported, and able to move through life with greater connection to themselves and the changing rhythms of their lives.
