Embodied and restorative practices supporting women to reconnect with their bodies, rhythms, and inner wisdom.
Threshold Yoga offers gentle spaces for women to slow down, soften, and reconnect amidst the demands of everyday life.
Rooted in honouring the cyclical nature of our bodies and the world we live in, these practices support rest, embodiment, reflection, and self-trust through Yoga Nidra, Cyclical Yoga, and Circle Holding.
Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative guided meditation practice that supports the nervous system to down regulate, and deeply relax.
Often described as “yogic sleep,” Yoga Nidra inhabits the liminal space between awake and asleep. It is at this threshold that we can settle, inviting a deeper reflection, and inner listening.
This practice may support:
stress reduction and rest
nervous system regulation
improved sleep and relaxation
emotional processing
reconnection with intuition and inner calm
Cyclical Yoga
Cyclical Yoga is a gentle and responsive practice that honours the changing rhythms of the body, the inner and outer seasons, and the seasonal stages of our life.
Rather than focusing on performance or productivity, this practice invites you to move with greater awareness of your breath, energy, emotions, and inner landscape - cultivating a more compassionate and intuitive relationship with your body.
Practices may include:
mindful and restorative movement
breath awareness and grounding
nervous system support
seasonal and cyclical reflection
embodied awareness and rest
Circle Holding
Circle spaces offer women the opportunity to gather, reflect, witness, and be witnessed in community - because after all we can’t heal alone.
Rooted in deep listening and shared experience, these gatherings create supportive spaces for connection, reflection, and collective wisdom.
The circle is a place to explore what is arising in you - themes are connected to:
life transitions and thresholds
seasonal living
creativity and self-expression
rest and restoration
self-trust and belonging
An Invitation to Practice

In-person Threshold Yoga sessions take place in a dedicated bespoke garden studio in Ipswich U.K. — an intimate and restorative space designed to support rest, reflection, and connection.
Threshold Yoga is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your body, and honour where you are right now.
If you are longing for practices that support rest, embodiment, and connection, I would love to welcome you into this space.
