I support women through life’s thresholds and transitions through coaching, yoga and circles.
My work has grown from more than twenty years of experience working with people, groups and organisations, alongside many years of yoga practice, teaching and study.
I’m interested in what happens when life changes — when something no longer fits, when we are asked to stop and reconsider, or when we find ourselves at the edge of something new.
I create spaces where you can pause, listen and reconnect with yourself, with your body and with what matters to you now.
A wealth of experience
Before becoming a coach, I spent more than twenty years working in the cultural and third sectors, as an artist, curator, facilitator and organisational leader.
Creativity, collaboration, listening and reflective practice have been part of my work throughout that time. They continue to shape how I work with people today.
Alongside this, I have spent many years studying and practising yoga, with a particular interest in embodiment, rest and the ways our bodies and lives change over time.
My work now brings these different strands together.
Coaching
I am an Association for Coaching Accredited Coach, with more than 300 hours of coaching experience.
My coaching training includes Relational Dynamics (RD1st) and Neurodiversity Coaching, alongside ongoing professional development.
I work collaboratively and non-directively, helping people hear themselves more clearly, make decisions and move towards the changes they want to make.
Yoga, cycles and embodied practice
Yoga has been part of my life for more than twenty years. My teaching is grounded in extensive training and practice in the Iyengar tradition, alongside restorative and remedial teaching experience.
I am also a trained Yoga Nidra teacher and facilitator, including training with Yoga Nidra Network and Uma Dinsmore-Tuli.
My work with women’s cyclical awareness has grown through training with Red School’s Menstrual Leadership programme and Yoga Nidra Network’s Well Woman training.
I’m interested in how awareness of our bodies, cycles and changing needs can give us useful information about how we live, work and rest.
Circles and thresholds
My work with women and girls has also led me towards circle — creating spaces for people to listen, share, learn from one another and feel less alone.
I have trained as an End-of-Life Doula with End-of-Life Doula UK, and I am a Celebration Day for Girls facilitator.
These different experiences have given me a deep respect for the thresholds of life: the moments when something is changing, ending, beginning or asking to be seen differently.
I don't believe we need to have all the answers before we begin. Sometimes we need space, good questions, honest conversation and someone alongside us while we work out what comes next.
What brings it all together
At the heart of Her Threshold is a simple belief: we are not meant to move through life's changes alone.
Coaching, yoga and circles offer different ways into that work.
Sometimes you need space to think and make a decision. Sometimes you need to come back into your body. Sometimes you need the company of others.
My role is to create spaces that are warm, grounded and thoughtful — where you can come as you are, listen to yourself and find your own way forward.
