Circles

Coming together to listen, share, rest and grow.

There are things we understand differently when we are in the company of others.

Circle gives us a different kind of space — a place to slow down, listen to ourselves and each other, share what we are carrying, and remember that we don't have to navigate everything alone.

I’m interested in the power of women and girls coming together in community: to learn from one another, to mark the thresholds of our lives, to make sense of change and to feel more at home in ourselves.

My circles draw on conversation, storytelling, creativity, cyclical awareness, nature, rest and simple ritual. There is no expectation to perform or have the right words. The circle is a mirror: what we bring is met by what others bring, and something can shift simply through being witnessed.

Women’s Circles

Space to rest, reflect and reconnect.

Women’s circles offer time away from the demands of everyday life — a chance to pause, listen and notice what you need.

We might work with the seasons and the moon, Yoga Nidra, gentle movement, nature, conversation or simple ritual. Each circle takes its own shape according to the people who are there and the threshold we are moving through.

Women’s Rest Circle

Return to Your Rested Self — Our Autumn Journey

My current women’s circle is a small seasonal circle exploring rest, restoration and the movement from autumn towards winter.

We meet around the full and dark moons, with guided Yoga Nidra, seasonal practices, conversation and plenty of time to rest.

Girls’ Circles

A space to connect.

Growing up can bring lots of questions — about bodies, periods, emotions, friendship, change and what it means to become more independent.

I’m interested in creating spaces where girls can talk about these things openly, without shame or embarrassment, and connect with themselves and with each other.

My Girls Moon Circles draw on storytelling, conversation, creativity, craft, cyclical awareness and simple ritual. They give girls time to ask questions, share what they know or don't know, and discover that they are not alone.

I’m not currently running open Girls Moon Circles. I do, however, love creating these spaces when there is a group of girls who are ready for them.

If you have a group of 5–7 girls aged around 10–12 and would like to explore creating a circle together, I’d love to hear from you.

Why circle?

We need places where we can be seen and heard by others who are living through their own changes too.

For women, this might mean coming together around the thresholds of our lives — our bodies, relationships, work, motherhood, menopause, ageing or simply the question of what comes next.

For girls, it can mean having somewhere to talk about growing up before they are expected to have all the answers.

Circle doesn't fix things. It creates the conditions for us to listen, learn from one another and find our own way through.

The circle is a mirror. We come as we are, and we don't have to do it alone.
